Overview

A web-based Environment, Health & Safety monitoring system built for PT Astra Visteon Indonesia. It digitized previously manual, paper-based non-conformity reporting processes, including Lost Control Tour (LCT), Whistleblowing System, Expense Tracker, and ESD Management.

Challenge

Digitizing a complex, multi-level approval workflow from a manual paper-based process while ensuring high adoption among factory floor operators and staff.

Solution

Designed an intuitive digital dashboard with seamless approval flows, integrated secure whistleblowing channels, and deployed everything efficiently on an on-premise Windows Server via IIS.
